running a macro with Query

553 512MB
How do i link a Query with a macro.

When i run a query, i want the macro to run as well at same time.

I have tried running macro itself, it runs fine but i want macro to run when i run the query.
Queries cant have any events, have they?

Thanks
Qi

Depending on how you are calling your query, you can possibly amend the vb code to run the macro when you run the query

ie
sub
Dim stLinkCriteria As String
Dim stDocName As String

stDocName = "query"
DoCmd.OpenQuery stDocName, acNormal, acEdit
stDocName = "macro"
DoCmd.RunMacro stDocName
end sub
