I'm assuming that by "NOT like a table" you mean you don't want it look like a datasheet. If you want to see rows of records, but with a more pleasing, formattable look to it, make your form view Continuous. If you use the Form Wizard, when you get asked for a layout, choose Tabular. If you want to view one record at a time, make your form Single View. In the Wizard you would select Justified.

You make your query the Record Source of your form. If you use the Wizard, the fields will be placed on the form for you, although you can go into Design View later and move the fields around if you like. If you create your form in Design View, after assigning the query to the Record Source you can drag the fileds from the field list box onto the form.

Give it a try and run your form and see how it does. Let us know if you have trouble.

Hi missinglinq :o)

I have already a form , search field , search button and search query . When I run the search query I got the datasheet.
It is possible to see the results of the query (datasheet) in a bound object frame ???(directly in the same form where is the search button and search field)

((How it should work : I enter the search criteria in the search field , push the search button and it shows me the results from the query in a bound object frame forexample )) It is posible ?? If yes , how??

Thank you for helping me @_@
