After reinstallation of Access97 all users have Read-only rights (was Access problem)

Hello Im Kostas from greece and i have a problem.

I am administrator in a local network with 2 dc with 2000 server and 40 clients mixed with xp sp2 and win2000.

Before 3 days the pdc crashed due to hdd failure and i reinstall everything.
4 clients work on the same shared msaccess97 db two with read only rights and two with full access rights. After reinstallation of the server the 4 clients receive the message from the database "You cant make changes to the records", everybody have read only rights.
When i open the db from server, everything is ok.

What is the problem??

Excuse my bad english.
