Can we freeze/grayout the cell in MS Access?
open the table and right click on the column name and a menu list will open just select Freez Columns.

End users should never be allowed to interact directly with tables, that what the Access gods invented forms for! Freezing columns in a table only freeze them in table view, it has no effect when the tables are used as record sources for forms.

You can follow the same procedure as given above to freeze columns in forms, but only in Datasheet View.

Conversely, you can gray out columns by setting their Enabled and Locked Properties to No, but only in Continuous View!
