TransferDatabase fails on LAN

It is a known issue with Windows XP security. Access (as any office application) treats database file located on LAN as if it was on WEB, making this annoying security warning. So to fix it one has to add the network server to Trusted Sites in IE settings.
However, my application (Access2K) seems to work fine with BE located on LAN, even without the fix, except for one thing - TransferDatabase. For now, I rewrote the procedure of copying tables using DAO, which is not an ideal solution, since DAO doesn't support Decimal field type.
So the question is if anyone knows any other functionality that may be affected by this security issue ?
Any other information or potential problems with LAN ?
