Having a listbox that will populate multiple items in another table.

P: 5
Hello everyone. Im running Access 2007. The form i created logs a persons ID badge number and personal information however, i want to make a section that lists their skills. So I will add a button on that form that will open a pop up. In that pop up i will have a list box of all the skills you can pick from. Right next to it will be a text box that will display the items you have added so far. After you hit the ok button. The items will now appear on the other form. How do i go about doing this. They are two seperate tables. One table is named skills which has one column that is labeled skill code with 30 entries. The other Table Is for the persons name , phone number, ID bade... etc. Their is a column in that table labeled skills. How do i populate that column with information from another table. Also i have to be able to add multiple entries and not just one in that one field. Thanks

Why don't you set up a subform instead?

sorry to hear your using 07 but like Rabit said a subform would be much simpler and you could even put it on a tab
