Transferrring data to Excel and then back to DB

I have a DB with a table linked to my Inbox, I then have a query to filter
only those email I want. I then haveExcel linked to the query so that when
it is opened it takes the email content and breaks it up into about 20
columns of data. I then have an macro set up in the DB to load the Excel
data back into a new table in my DB. Is there a simple way to set this up
to all run from the DB without manually opening Excel to refresh the data?
