Surpressing parameter box

P: 55
with exporting forms. So here is the situation:

I have a forms/subforms, which I use to view data. This data is also being exported via access 2003 macros to excel 2003. Because I have a bounded form, where I can select different Account Numbers ( ie. 10, 20, 30, etc.) when I go to export these Account numbers with their data. Access is requesting me to enter a Parameter value. I already have the criteria I want, so I do not need to enter a parameter value. I realize I could copy the original query and exclude the bounded subform, or I could just click okay through it, however, I'd rather not do it.

Is there a way to block Access from requesting parameter values?

Please use a more descriptive title next time. I changed it for you this time.

No, you can't surpress the parameter box, you'll have to use a different query.
