Maximixing a Form

P: n/a
I have built a database which when initially opens will automatically
open a form called frmMain_Menu. However ever time the frmMain_Menu
opens I have to click the "Maximize" button in the upper right-hand
corner to maximize the form.

Is there a setting or control I can use to get this form to open in
the maximized condition?
