Displaying a summary of grouping results

14
Hello,

Under the 'Current Status' footer i have the following control source:

=Count(*)

This tells me the sub total of rows under each 'current status' grouping.

Under the Assigned team member footer, I have the same as the above control source. This tells me how many rows in total each assigned team member has.

In my report I am able to have Access give me a sub-total for each grouping under the current status footer. What I need is for Access to give me the figures for the sub-totals in each grouping to be displayed also in the 'Assigned team Member header'. So that it appears like a summary.

How do I do this please?

I have used the expression below:

=[Reports]![Report From January 2007 to 30 June 2007]![Record Count for each status heading]

This does give me the sub-total figure, but only for one of the groupings. What I need is each grouping to be listed with the sub-total for each one. For example:

Cases in progress 7
Awaiting details 5
Closed cases 9
