Need to Display in a Form a string of 1:M 4 levels deep

1) How do I display in a form a string of 1:M relationships? (or does it need to resort to multiple forms?)

* Starts with Client that has consultant and consultation desk. Client has many questions. Question has many recommendations which has many followup replies.

*What I have done so far: I placed client in header of form. Then questions is in a subform.

*Problem: Subform shows many questions but now for each question I need to show many recommendations! and the question is in a row. Then for each Recomm I need to show many followups.

* Similar scenarios: Mission ~ objectives ~ deliverables ~ tasks ~ progress ~ done.

Question 2) What is the best way to design the tables for this client scenario?
* What I have done so far. is this correct? tblClient. one to many to tblQuestions. one to many to tbl Recommendations. one to many to followup results. etc.

I would really appreciate your assistance in clarifying what to do in these 2 questions. I am building a MS Access 2003 database for a non-profit organization. I need to present this piece of the db on Friday 3 August. It would be very helpful to hear from someone soon at least before friday 3 august.
Thank you very much in advance for your attention to this question!

Hi, Maryanne.

Why not to use subforms nested down to 4th level?
