Text filters

Hello to all! I have a simple question that i cant seem to handle today...just one of those days i guess.

How do i program an individual box to reflect a certain dialog of text upon choosing a certain 'type' of option?

(ie: I entered the text in 'Program Definition' and locked the text box. For each type of resource i have inputted the definition. I have filtered the programs by type. Upon entering a new record, 'Program Definition' is blank again!)

Upon choosing a "Self Help" type i would like a generic definition for that type to appear in the box below. For choosing "ProSocial-Behavioral" i would like a different generic definition to appear. I would also like these definitions to appear on the report related with this function/form.

Thanks a bunch.

You may have a "simple question" but your post is anything but! I'm afraid you'll have to do a much clearer job of explaining exactly what it is you're trying to do! You have your database right there in front of you and know its design; we don't have that advantage!

Welcome to TheScripts!
