i dont know anything about coding in access.
can u give me some guide lines, like how to open some form using a button in another forn, and how to create a form in which data can be searched from tables by entering some value in one field, and how to create forms single form for searching and entering data.

When you create a new form, make sure that the toolbox menu is visible on the left hand side.
Press one of the buttons (e.g. the [Button] button) and you'll see that a wizard will start and guide you through the process. One of the options the wizard will offer is the creation of a button to open another form. Just give it a try.

Another valuable source to start learning Access is rached by pressing F1 (help) it's very elaborate, but holds a lot of info for beginners.
