Cancelled previous operation

1
We have two database files not working correctly when attempting to view the Detailed Invoice screen. The results are not the same but neither will work. The original database is saved on a shared drive, the second database was copied from the original but is only saved on the users desktop, it contains different information. The shared database will not work correctly only on one users computer. The invoice shows up blank. The database on her desktop brings up the error message "Previous operation was cancelled," and will not even show the detailed invoice screen.

Previous operation was canceled could mean a lot of things. There seems to be code or a macro running when you try to view the report. We'll need to know which operation is being canceled from which macro/code snippet.
