can i link a table on access datbase to a table in SQL?

i have a table in an access database called documents , i am in need for the data of this table to be found on a table inside SQL, this table have the same characteristics as the table documents. Can i have a link between the Access table and the SQL table in a way that when i input my data in access database they are automatically entered in the SQL a table too ?
