Dialing from DB

Has anyone used this function in Access? I am using MS Access 2007 to build a call center type db and was interested in this function. If you have used it, I am also interested in the h/w setup as well.

Thanks!

Just place the dial button and when pressed the last selected field will be used to send the numbers to the dialer.
Trailing text even doesn't bother.
