How to set the property of a Form to make it remain with OnFocus status -- I mean to say if you click on any other forms on the screen, the particular one will stay on the screen with Focus

Set the Popup Property of the Form to Yes.

the thing is i dont want to do it this way becasue the form is opened from 2 different forms.

if i open it form Form1, it shouldn't stay on Focus but if i open it from Form2, i want it to stay onFocus ??

When you want it to retain focus try opening it with acDialog as the windowsmode parameter and see if that does what you want.
