Report from a query or many tables and queries

P: 14
Hi,

Maybe my question is dumb, but I'm not sure what is the best approach. I need to build a report and the data is stored in many tables and queries (8 or 9) and I'm wondering if I should build a query to get all my data in one query and build my report based on that query or if I should build my report directly using the data in all the tables or queries.

Thank you

Marie

In my opinion, it would be better to build a query and base that report on that query. It might prove useful in the long run.

at least, that's what I would do I i'm in your position.
