Overwriting a text file

P: 1
Hi,
I am generating text files from the msaccess database. What i have to do is take data from the database and store that into a text file. I have done that using the macros. When i generate the same thing for the second time there is a dialog box poping up saying "file alreadt exist". What i have to do is stop the popup dialog box and keep the text file update with the new data. Please help me out in this problem. Thanks.

You should not be getting an Overwrite Prompt. How exactly are you transferring the data?
