Need help on check boxes

Hello all,

I have a form that is running a report from a query. It is designed to let a user take a look at different information from tickets. One of the categories in the ticket is organization group. In this group there are three choices. I need to create a check box so that when a user selects checks the design team and the test team, all the tickets that are associated those groups appear. Any advice or direction would be appreciated. I can create the check boxes, but when i use them, they are not going into the query and matching up to the name that i need them to.
