The following code will set the Paper Size setting for frmEmployees to Letter.
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. DoCmd.OpenForm "frmEmployees", acDesign, , , acFormEdit, acHidden
  2.  
  3. Forms!frmEmployees.Printer.PaperSize = acPRPSLetter
  4.  
  5. DoCmd.Close acForm, "frmEmployees", acSaveYes

If you are printing a report then right-click the report and select Page Setup. Then choose the paper size that you want.
