Setting Contol Source of Text Box

After creating a blank form, a text field was to be created on the form.

How would i set the Control Source of that text field. I have tried linking the text field with the field in a table i have, called list. But i cant link the text field using expression builer

How can i set the control source then?

Assuming your form is bound to either a table or a query, right click the control then goto Properties - Data and set the Control Source there.

i know this works like this but when your textbox is already bound to a table/query.

what if you create a new textfield on already created form.....how then you would set the control source?


Assuming your form is bound to either a table or a query, right click the control then goto Properties - Data and set the Control Source there.
