Using criteria in multiple fields in a query

Hi,
I am a total novice at access. I have a table which has fields such as rep, client, work, week 1, week 2, week 3, week 4 etc. In the week fields I put in dates. i.e week 1 is the first week in teh month, 2 is second week and so on. I want to create a query that will give me the option of selecting the rep, client, work and week that the work was done. i.e a parameter which gives me the option of entering a date in week 1 or a date in week 2 or a date in week 3. I can get it to work when I select rep x for week 1, but when I select rep x and don't enter a date in week 1 and move on to week 2 and enter my date, I end up with all the reps selected for that particular date. How can I enter my parameters to give me the option of the dates.? I hope this makes some kind of sense to somebody.
Thanks

I think you need to restructure how you are recording the weeks. Have a look at this tutorial.
