How do I force a graph to increment without decimals (integers only)?

P: 2
I have a graph within a report (simply built with the Chart Wizard). However when my source data set falls to a lower set of numbers ... the Y-Axis will display 0, 0.5, 1, 1.5, etc.

Is there a way to force Access to always only use integers?

I looked through the format dialogs and I could not find anywhere to adjust this.

Any help is appreciated.

What's your source data? Is it being drawn from a table or what?

This is my rowsource...

Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. SELECT (Format([EffDate],"MMM-YY")),Count([Name]) AS [CountOfName] FROM [qry_rpt_Act_Diversity_Hires]   GROUP BY (Year([EffDate])*12 + Month([EffDate])-1),(Format([EffDate],"MMM-YY"));
Thanks for your help.

Sorry Jack

I'm missing something. The only value returned by this query would be integers. Where is thr problem occuring.

Double click the graph in design view, right click on the axis, and select "Format Axis". This will bring up the formatting GUI and you can go in and set the increments at fixed values. This way the Axis values will remain the same everytime the graph is ran.
