Can i do a COUNT in a query?

7 of 9

Ok here is my situation I have a crosstab query. To the left I have 43 rows for 43 different items that I do an inventory check for each week.

So as of today (7/17/07) there are 28 weeks / columns. Because the qty varies from week to week I want to do a count on the number of weeks that I did the inventory check. This way I can say That I have counted item x 90% or 50% of the time for this year. I need a query that that will do this considering that this crosstab query grows by 1 column each week. Here is an example of the table:

Item | 01-07-07 | 01-14-07 | 01-21-07 |..... | 07/15/07
X | 3 | | 8 |..... | 5
