Acc 2007 Ribbon question

P: n/a
I'm learning the ribbons fairly well, but can't get at the attribute for a
certain hover-over property.

When you hover over a command button in a custom ribbon, it will show your
supertip, then right below, it says the name of the form, then "Press F1 for
more help". The names of my forms are sometimes technical, but always start
with a lower case F.

So for my quotes screen, when you hover over, its says the supertip, then a
separator line, then:

"Press F1 for more help"

Any ideas on how to customize the bit about "fQuote"showing? I tried a
regular screentip, but that had no affect.
