Gareth is correct! Despite its name, which is confusing, a Form is not meant to be a vehicle for printing! This should be done by way of a Report.
Print Previews are meant as a way to check a Report before printing so that the user can be sure:
A) that they're using the correct report
B) that the Report shows the data they're interested in
C) that the Report is formatted correctly
Since in printing a copy of a form all of the above items are assured, the PrintOut command, used by Access to print forms, has no Preview mode. Think about it, you're already looking at an exact copy of what you'll print!
If you just have to have a PrintPreview, you'll have to create a Report then use this Report to Preview then Print. The Forms Wizard will make creating a simple Report easy, then you can set up a command button on your form and use code to print the Report with a single record.
This site explains in a few paragraphs how to do print a Report with the current record:

If you decide to go this route, give it a whirl and let us know if you have any problems/questions.
Good Luck and Welcome to TheScripts!
