Date in Report based on date in another control (Formerly Access Question)

I have a report that I have a date in from a form and I need that date to put other predetermined dates into that form also. For instance:

A person needs to attend a class. On the form the date is the date that the class starts. Say that date = X and X= July 10, 2007. On the report, I need it to do this: Student is to report to class July 10-11, 2007. On July 12, 2007, the student will go to building yyyy for class. On July 13, 2007, the student will report to building www for financial class.

I know there is a code to do all of this but cannot seem to find it. I know it involves just putting a 1,2, or 3 in the code for it to skip the the days but I also don't know exactly how to generate the 11 in the middle of the other date. Any help will be deeply appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Brian, Please be sure when posting that you use a title that gives other members some idea of what your problem is! "Access Question" doesn't really mean much, since this is an Access forum!
