Error 3011 with Access XP

Hello list.

I' ve got a problem with mde files from Office XP.
We have following situation: We are running a W2K Terminal server with
an Office XP.
There is a Access application running (mde file) who connects to
sql2000 database.
Each User has his own directory with a own copy of all necessary
files. Instead of reports the application use word for sereial
letters. The program should create a ~01tmp.tab file (word format) as
data source for word. With one or two users it works. All other
(within administrator) got an error 3011 (can't find file). We checked
the permissions of all folders. We don't found any differences in the
folder permissions.

I'll be glad about any ideas.
Thanks in advance for your tips.

Best regards.
