How to disable Sroll mouse in Access

Please advise how to disable the scroll mouse in access?

having the scroll wheel make make form / data screw up.

Thanks for the info. but I'm allow to have a dll install on my PC. Is there any alternatives? kindly advise.

My advice would be - build your application in such a way that mouse scroll will never be a problem, i.e. always allow record navigating. If you want to display some specific record without allowing to move from it, use filtering.
