consolidating tables

16
hi, I am using Access 2003.
I have many tables which track the changes made to the data base. Each table caters to one previously existing table. Hope my explanation is clear enough. Each table have the same fields as previously existing table with addition of username (who makes the change) and date (when the change is made). Basically the old data and new data are both appended to the new tables.I want to consolidate all the tables into one so that someone can just focus on one particular date or time and see all the changes made to the database, and probably in the report as well. I want to know how to possibly write this query so that the primary key will be date as all the changes are recorded and sorted by their dates. Thank you for anyone who would look at my problem.
