Query regarding access

hi,

I have 2 tables one master(in this table all company details will be there) another one is rexcom table (this is one company table). I need is to get particular selvi numbers of company details will be added in rexcom table.

That means if rexcom table have data(policyno, name,....). Here in rexcom table it should create selvi number and should exract that from company details table and display should be like this in rexcom table(selvi number, policyno, name..) like this. can we do it in access. how it is possible.
