Moigrating .MDB Files

I help run a small charity. At home I have MS Access. The Medical Centre that the charity runs also has MS Access.
I designed a database at home but when I try to save the file to CD so the medical centre operator can use it it transfers as Read Only.
Any suggestions would be very welcome.

Most CD burners save the file on CD as Read Only. Simply transfer the database to the agency's PC, then go into Windows Explorer to the file, right click, click on Properties and uncheck the Read Only box.

Compress the file with some compression utility (or create a self-extractor) then put it to CD. This way the original file attributes will be restored on the destination computer.

Thanks a lot. It's okay now (even if I can't spell Migrating)

Glad you got it sorted out! I thought maybe Moigrating was something new in Access 2007! ;0)>
