Access Report Spacing

18
HI
i have tracking program that is tracking different projects. It contains date(mm/dd/yy),project name, personnel assigned to the project. Personnel range from 1 to 12 individuals never all 12 at all time. My question how do I control the spaces on my report where all of the spacing wil not be for 12 individuals?

I am tracking projects with the month, start date, end date and the
individuals assigned to the project. There will be anywhere between 1 and 12
individuals assigned to the project. I have a query that groups all of this
information together. My problem is when I generate a report the same amount
of space between each project regardless whether I have one individual or 12
individuals. I was hoping that there was a way to remove the extra space from
the report that is not needed. Is that possible?? Is there a different direction I should go?? thks.. bg
