How Can I Get Access To Automatically Fill In Information On A Form?

I am making a simple database.
I have a table containing all employees, their job code, job title, and job id number.
I created another table so I can add comments to each employee profile. This table has the same field- employees names, job code, job title, job id number and comments.
I want as soon as I input the employees name, access puts in the job code, job title and id number. So I wont have to type them in again.
Is there a way to do this?

I'm somewhat new to DB design and found a good example for this one. Try going to this site. http://www.blueclaw-db.com/download/fill_multiple_fields.htm

There are a lot more examples to look at.

Why would you create another Table with basically the same structure for adding Comments to an Employee Profile? There would be a great amount of data duplication and would create a nightmare as far as Updates, Deletions, etc. goes. Why not create a Related Table linked to the Employee Table that would contain the relevant information?
