Filling fields from a combo box in a continuous form

I have a subform that's a continuous form. In it I have a combo box that fills a date field. It works great except for one thing. It fills in all the other date fields for each record and the combo box selection also. How can I apply this to only the record I'm on.

Here's my Row Source code for the combo box

Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. SELECT [tblWorkOrder].[Job Number], [tblWorkOrder].[Completed Date] FROM tblWorkOrder ORDER BY [Job Number];
And here's the code for the date field control source

Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. =[Combo12].[column](1)
Thanks for any help

It sounds as if the combobox is an unbound control on the form. In datasheet view any change to this control will affect all instances of the control.

Yes that is correct so I figure I need to use a bound combo box then.

That should solve your problem.

Although to some extent it will depend on when the change is being triggered.
