Building a Form

ACCESS 2003 NOOB

Hello all,
I can not seem to figure this out. I need to build a form that allows the user to select a range of dates, times, and protocols from a master table. However, when I try to use the fields in the master table in the form, the values repeat themselves in the list box (i.e the date 4/1/2007 is displayed over 100 times in the list box). How can I build a list box that only displays one value from the master table. I have tried creating separate queries that do this and have had no success with building a button that allows me to create a pivotgraph using the selected data in the form. I know how to build the pivotgraph, its the queries design i have no clue about. If i need to post more info, let me know. Thanks.

Could you build a query to pull the information that you want and then change the query properties to Unique Values: YES?
