losing information when printing a report

2
In my access (2003) program I am generating a report. The prevew on my screen is ok. In one field the information is included based on an if-statement, depending on what I indicatie in a sub-form. When I print this report the information in this field is not printedbut the message "name?".

Please advise what i do wrong and a possible solution. Your reaction is appreciated.

Without further information on exactly what you are doing it's difficult to say but I would guess that when you print the subform data is not available. Is the subform open when you print?

Please do not double post your question as this can cause confusion among experts and members alike. I have deleted the other question which has not been answered.

I checked the subreport and indeed this is closed going to the print review. I removed the close sentence and now the information is actually printed. Problem solved.

Thanks for your help!
