Running Totals on a Form

I am looking for some help. I have a form called
[Input New Sort Point Numbers] inside of this I have the following
tx_originHub
tx_market
tx_adds
tx_ttlsrtpnts

This data is coming from a table called [srtpntrqrmnts]
all the same data is in this table.

What I am looking to do it do a running total on the tx_ttlsrtpnts. But what has to happen is the following:

tx_originhub, tx_market have to be the same to do the running total.

A user will enter the following for example:

tx_originhub = ATGA
tx_market = memphis
tx_adds = 56

I when tx_adds is updated or lost it's focus I want tx_ttlsrtpnts to run out to the table and look for all of ATGA, Memphis and do a sum of all the sort points then add the 56 to that total to give me the new number.

Is there an easy way to do this?

Is the 56 in tx_adds forgotten after this query, or have you just forgotten to mention that it is stored so it will be included the next time a total is required for ATGA / memphis?
