Insert value into a foreign key field

I have 2 tables and a 3rd table where i have primary keys of other 2 table as foreign keys in 3rd table, now i want to enter values into that foreign key fields how to do this?

i am using Access as DB and to enter values.

In the table that combines the primary keys, make both fields look-up fields to the primary tables. Then go to the forms - new - and let Access set up a form with the wizard. Job done. the form will display the words but store the keys.

NB you are trying to do it the right way, at least!
