ACCESS: Autopopulate Two Or More Fields

Hi,

I have created a DB containing server information for multiple servers. I used the multiselect function to select multiple softwares that are on an individual server, but I can't get my selections to display on the print preview of the form.

Is there another way to display these multiple selections? Maybe in the table?
More than one user will be viewing this DB, using it as a reference.

Thanks in advance!

PS. I do not know VBA, or have the feature installed to try to use it.

Hi,

I have created a DB that stores server information. I am trying to create a form where when I click on the name of the software for a particular server, it will automatically populate the Version field with the version number.

I created 3 tables and their relationships: Server --> SrvrSoft <-- Software

I tried using the AfterUpdate property, but couldn't get it to work. I'm not familiar with VBA code or anything. So, if someone coud help me, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Thanks,

TW
