Refresh Data from excel to access

Is it possible to update a spreadsheet from excel to access once it
has already been imported from excel. I imported the spreadsheet and
then made some changes can I update this in access?

Link the table rather than import. Then all you have to do to refresh
the table in access after changing something in Excel, right click on
table select 'Linked Tables Manager'. Check mark the table you want
to update and press OK.
