Docmd.outputto from MDE File

Hello Access gurus. I have a question regarding the domcd.outputto
method. It appears that this command will only execute under an mde
file if I also have the option "Display Database Window" checked in
the database startup options. Is this correct? I'd rather not have
the database window displayed if at all possible. Any insight is
appreciated.

Cheers,

Vincent
