Hello, i hope that someone can help.. i am so new to this is not even funny! i have built a shakey Access database. I have a number of tables.... the tables concerend are a quotes table(where one customer can request numerous quotes) and a quotes accepted table(one of the quotes has been accepted by the customer.

what i am looking to do is to dertermine how many times a certain piece of business is quoted for before it is won... so for example something quoted for 5 times and one quote accepted wud be a ratio of 5:1

You have (accidentally) posted this question in the Access Articles section. This is NOT an article.
I'm moving this to the main Access questions forum.

If you can tell us where and how you store this information in your database we can tell you how to get it out in the form that you want it.

We will need much more information such as:
  1. How many Tables?
  2. Are these Tables Linked? If so what are the Linking Fields?
  3. What are Fields (Number, Name, and Data Types) in these Tables?
  4. Are Quotes Currency Data Types, Integers, Longs, etc?
  5. What exactly is being quoted?
  6. I think you get the idea by now.
