Upgrading access from 2000 to 2003

Hi,

I am a newbie when it comes to access. Even then I created a database in 2000 and created user level security wherein its only when we run the shortcut on the desktop to the access mdb file that the access asks for the password and the whole database opens up.

Now the mess I am into is I have upgraded access 2000 to 2003 and now am getting an error message from ms graph that reads... This program can only be run from within another program...

Is there anyway I can fix this, thankfully there is not a single form or complex entity in my simple database.

Or do I have to roll back to 2000, please help,

Thanks.

Niranjan.
