Sending reports via OUTLOOK from ACCESS

P: 2

I am new to posting about issues so I hope I do this correctly.

I have an Application in Access 2003 that generates reports in Excel 2003. These reports are run for individual representatives to show them their productivity for the day. I have a request to allow the manager to push a button that will generate each individuals report and send this report to the individual via Outlook 2003. Is this possible?

If it is, does anyone know of a site or documentation that I could use to determine how to do this?

Any help is appreciated.

Hi Francis,

You can use the DoCmd.SendObject command to send an Access report.

However I'm not so sure you can do this with an Excel workbook.

Looking further for you.

That would be great. I will do some looking into that as well.
