RunApp from a server location, mail-merging locally?

P: 2
I'm trying to help out our education manager. He has a fancy Access database that he has been keeping in My Documents. One of its features is that it has a couple of buttons that call Macros that then call tables that are built on the fly off of queries. This new table is then ported into Word into an existing document and is mail-merged in.

This works fine on his PC using the following line in the RunApp command line:
winword.exe "C:\Documents and Settings\cecil\My Documents\Education Division\Brochures\Confirmation.doc"

However, he's getting an assistant of sorts, so he needs to move this to our common server so they can both access it. We moved it there and I changed the path to:
winword.exe "M:\Education Division\Brochures\Confirmation.doc"

It builds the table, etc. without problem. It opens the document without problem. But when it goes to import the merged information, I get:
"Confirmation.doc is a mail merge main document. Word cannot find its data source, C:\...\Education Division\Classes.mdb."

WHERE is it getting the C: path from?? I've tried single-stepping, etc., and can't figure this out and I've been at it for over an hour.

Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Hi Carrie

Open the word document "C:\Documents and Settings\cecil\My Documents\Education Division\Brochures\Confirmation.doc"
and then click on Tools Menu. Go to letters and mailings and select mail merge. The data source settings in there need to be changed.
