Need to find files in table database that aren't in another

Okay, I have two tables, Table5.28 and Table5.21. I want to know what numbers are on Table5.21 that aren't on Table5.28. The criteria I am using is <>[Table5.28]!Key2] I honestly can't figure out why this isn't working... Any help is appreciated!

I believe there is a no matches query wizard.

Sometimes, I really think aliens stole my brain... That worked. Thanks for enlightening me! Maybe now I'll remember it when I need it again Q_Q
