Crosstab with Fixed Columns

I need to pull UPC codes by product ID. The maximum UPC count for a ProductID will be 3. I need a crosstab that will return the ProductID and the UPC codes in columns UPC1, UPC2 & UPC3, no matter how many UPC codes a product ID has.

Sample:

Product ID UPC1 UPC2 UPC3
1234 45678 78547
3456 25458 22336
5528 56465 32132 32121
6528 29874

Please advise on how to pull this by unique Product ID and 3 fixed column headings.
Thanks in advance

  1. Why do you need a Crosstab Query?
  2. What will your calculations consist of at the Intersection of each Row and Column?
  3. Is Product ID a unique value?
  4. From the limited information provided, I do not think that a Crosstab Query can be created. Even if you could, with UPC codes existing each in their own Field, you could not create Fixed Column Headings.
  5. Be patient and let the other Moderators/Experts have a look at this also.
