how to retrieve values from one or more tables
Where are you trying to pull the data from the tables to? A little more information will help make sure you get the answer you're looking for. :)

how to retrieve values from one or more tables
As theAybaras says, the question is barely even minimal.
The answer to the question asked is "By using a query".
If that is not what you were after then you should be a little less lazy with the question (or maybe explain that you're foreign and have difficulty with the language - either works).
